Alisios invests in the most profitable segment of the Private Equity market, SMEs (companies with EBITDA between $4 million and $50 million), focusing on attractive sectors, leading, growing companies, with high EBITDA margins and strong cash generation, and working with sponsors who add value and have a proven track record, with solid management teams and reasonable valuations.

Alisios replicates the successful investment strategy carried out by the A&G team, which has invested two similar funds from the United States for more than 10 years and achieved first quartile returns for investors.

The Alisios team is complemented by Aurica Capital, which has the best track record of returns in Spain, investing in SMEs with characteristics similar to Alisios' target companies.
